Usability Testing is one of our most popular services because it allows our clients to gain tremendous insights for how to improve their product in a short amount of time. It can be used to achieve the following:

To perform usability tests, we recruit clinician/end-users that match your product or service's demographic, invite them to our usability facility (or make arrangements to conduct the research remotely or at their site), ask them to perform a series of real-world tasks while they are being videotaped, analyze your product's performance relative to their actions, and provide you with recommendations for improving your offering. We do both domestic and international research and we often simulate clinical environments and situations in our facilities to add realism.
