Focus Groups are an excellent way to gather perspectives from customers and end-users. These perspectives can cover such areas as:

  • Functionality
  • Pricing
  • Naming
  • Perceived quality
  • Reaction to advertising and positioning
  • Likelihood of buying a product

Typically, focus groups include 5-8 people per session. We can conduct the focus group at our facility or at various locations throughout the world.

In addition to the traditional focus group approach of conducting a group discussion, we also employ our own unique approaches to create more collaborative and creative sessions where the participants express themselves in unique ways.
